Sorrento Pines Community Development District
The Sorrento Pines Community Development District is a local, special-purpose government entity authorized by Chapter 190 of the Florida Statutes, as amended, and established on December 12, 2022 by the Lake County Board of County Commissioners, Ordinance No. 2022-54 as an alternative method of planning, acquiring, operating and maintaining community-wide improvements in planned communities.
The Sorrento Pines CDD is located entirely within Lake County, Florida and consists of approximately 113.43 acres of land. The site is located south of Terragona Drive, west of County Road 437, north of Integrity Way and east of undeveloped lands in Lake County, Florida. The Sorrento Pines CDD expects to plan establish, acquire, construct or reconstruct, enlarge or extend, equip, operate, and maintain additional systems and facilities.
